I’ve tried many different supplements over the years, especially after making an effort to switch to using products with only clean ingredients and also navigating things after being pregnant with Blake! I feel like I finally have a solid supplement routine down and am loving all of the products I am taking- all natural and they actually work/make a difference for me. I always get a ton of questions about the supplements I take and what they are good for, so I thought I would put together my full supplement routine in this blog post. These are the exact supplements I take morning and night! As always these opinions are my own and based on my own experience. I always recommend bringing any questions or concerns to your doctor about any of these supplements before consuming! Now let’s jump into my full supplement routine…

My Supplement Routine

A.M.

Multivitamin, Energy, Muscle Recovery

AG1 – This is a multivitamin, multimineral, prebiotic, probiotic, helps with muscle recovery, and energy. No gunk or fillers. You can mix with a cup of water or I love to mix with OJ, coconut water, or both. You can get freebies with my LINK: drinkag1.com/tallblondebell

Electrolytes + Hydration

It is so important to replenish daily our bodies of minerals. I have tried a lot of electrolyte brands but my two favorites are the Moon Juice Mini Dew and LMNT. I use both regularly but I prefer to take the Moon Juice Mini Dew in the mornings or after my morning workout because it has added trace minerals + copper for my anemia in it. You can get 25% off Moon Juice with code ASHLEYBELL using my link- (https://c8.io/yX3xd6). LMNT is strictly electrolytes (aka Sodium, potassium, calcium, Magnesium, Chloride, and Phosphate). I love to take LMNT as an afternoon pick-me-up or after a long day outside in the heat.

Gut Support

Ritual Synbiotic+ You can get 25% off with code ashleybell25.

P.M.

Magnesium

I cannot stress enough how much magnesium has changed my health for the better. Almost half of people in the world are deficient in magnesium. This is mostly due to depleted soils used to grow crops and feed the animals we eat + our diet. You can absolutely get magnesium from the food you eat but it is difficult to know if you are getting the right amount and the different types of magnesium. Magnesium helps with healthy sleep cycles, cramps (including PMS cramps), headaches, brain fog, fatigue, and so much more. I used to have terrible period cramps and muscle cramps at night and ever since taking Magnesium, they have completely gone away after 20+ years!!! There are obviously other causes of PMS symptoms but magnesium deficiency can absolutely be one of them and turns out that was it for me!! I take Moon Juice Magensi-om because it contains the essential types of magnesium that I need and it is a cleaner brand that is 100% traceable. You can get 25% off Moon Juice with code ASHLEYBELL using my link- (https://c8.io/yX3xd6). I was encouraged to take magnesium while I was pregnant and breastfeeding to help with digestion and cramping.

Beef Liver Tablets

Beef liver has so many essential minerals. I was recommended to start taking this when I found out I was anemic after having Blake. I wasn’t a fan of taking raw beef liver every day so a friend recommended these tablets from Ancestral Supplements brands because it is a cleaner brand and traceable. Perfect Supplements is another good brand!

Hair, Skin, Nails Support

I have taken and love both Divi Hair Growth Vitamins and Nutrafol. I am currently taking Divi because I ran out of my 3 month supply of Nutrafol and I was gifted Divi back in January. I personally love both and probably will stick with Divi because it is a better price. I also love Divi products in general and I love that they are a cleaner brand.
