Last month I released a 5 Day Workout Plan to you all for the first time and I was blown away by your sweet messages after doing my workouts. I definitely want to incorporate more workout stuff on my blog and each month I am going to try to put some sort of workout guide on here. This month I am going to give you the first workout below to get a taste of how it works. I love seeing you all get excited to workout and I truly believe fitness doesn’t have to be a “punishment”, it can be a great time to glorify God with the bodies He gave us…I am talking to YOU – each and every body type and fitness level. I created my workouts to be “goal oriented”. This mean that you are not supposed to go out and do them perfectly and completely the first time. It is completely normal to take all the low impact options the first time, or to take a break when it doesn’t say to take a break. All that matters is that you are giving it your 100% and are doing it not for yourself, but for Jesus. (Do those burpees for Jesus people!)
