Wow how this summer flown by. I anticipated this summer to be a little slow, but it has been far from that. I am very excited and thankful for these great opportunities I have had and will experience in the past few months. With that being said, my workout routine has changed a bit to work with my busy schedule. I have found myself hitting the gym less and doing more at home HIIT workouts. If you are new to HIIT, it is a High Intensity Interval Training workout that have periods of maximum effort followed by periods of rest. I love HIIT because you leave every workout in a sweat and it builds toned lean muscle.
You don’t need any equipment for this workout and it takes about 10 minutes to complete. I would suggest using a towel or mat for when you do certain moves to cushion your elbows. This workout can be done by itself or after an easy cardio workout.
Below is a little intro video I created to show what each move it. I thought I might as well dip into videography and I started learning how to edit maybe 2 hours ago – so go easy on me!

Hi! So fun to find you as I too am “tall”. For sake of reference, how tall are you and what is your inseam? Pants are a challenge, as you probably know, so knowing these measurements as a point if reference for your posts would be helpful.
Yay! Thanks!
Hi Jamie! I am unsure of my exact inseam, but I am 5’11”
