I always get so many questions about my favorite workout clothes, specifically shorts, so I thought it was time I put everything in one spot for you all! In this post, you’ll find my all-time favorite workout shorts, and why I love each one. I have tried a LOT of different shorts but I always end up reaching for these!

My Favorite Running Shorts Top Faves (in order)

1. YPB Running Shorts: Favorite shorts ever! High rise and spandex shorts underneath don’t budge when running. I get my true size – medium.
2. Amazon Shorts: These are another great short. The only con is that the spandex shorts are good but not as good as the YPB ones. I also wish these had a drawstring sometimes! I get my true size – medium.
3. FP Movement Shorts: I love the waistband in these shorts! The colors are also so fun too! The only con is that they are not as long as the other two shorts and do not come with spandex shorts underneath. I get my true size – medium.
4. Lululemon Track That Shorts: These hug my body the best and give me the most shape! The only con is that they are not super high-rise.  They hit right at or below my belly button so keep that in mind! I love that they have a 5” inseam too. I size up to a 6.

Favorite Biker Shorts Top Faves (in order)

1. Athleta: Buttery soft and stay up for any workout! I get my true size – small.
2. Lululemon: So soft and stay up for workouts! These are not as high-rise as the Athleta ones but still are great! I size up to 6.
3. Abercrombie Biker Shorts: These stay up while working out but are not as buttery soft as the Athleta and Lululemon ones. I size up to medium.
4. Amazon: These are not as buttery soft and supportive material as the 3 above but a great budget-friendly version!
5. Old Navy: These are another fan favorite but still not as good as the ones above. I still love them but just not as much as the other ones. My only con is that they seem to be tight at the hems around my legs and looser in the front area.
