A good pair of jeans is essential but let’s be honest, it can be hard finding the perfect fit! I consider myself a bit of a (self-proclaimed) denim expert since I’ve tried SO many different jeans over the years. I finally feel like I have found my go-to styles that work for me and I know work for a lot of my friends, too! I rounded up my all-time favorite pairs and created my ultimate denim guide to help you shop for denim and find the perfect pair for you.
High Rise 90s Relaxed Jeans: These jeans are so comfy and are more of a relaxed fit. Not too baggy and oversized, but not too tight! The waist also sits at the perfect high-waisted level and I feel like looks so great on all body types. I love wearing these with sneakers!
Ultra High Rise Ankle Straight Jeans: This pair of jeans sit higher up on the waist, which I love because I am tall! I always reach for these when I want to wear a crop top. They fall to the ankle for more of a cropped look which are great to pair with taller booties. These are one of my all-time favorite pairs, I have so many different colors!
Ultra High Rise 90s Straight Jeans: These jeans are similar to the 90s relaxed jeans, but they’re a little tighter fit throughout the whole leg. They still give that 90s fit that we all know and love! These are a great universal pair to wear with any shoe.
Flare Jeans: I love a good pair of flare jeans and these are my favorites! They are SO flattering on and they have a little bit of a stretch so they form fit so well on the body.
Mid-Rise Straight Jeans: Another straight fit that I love, but this pair is a mid-rise! Sometimes I don’t want a super high-waisted pair so I reach for these. I like wearing this pair with oversized t-shirts and more casual looks. Also, if you have a shorter torso, these are great since they will hit more like a high rise!
High-Waisted Jeggings: If you’re looking for a pair of jeans that are a tight, slimmer fit, these are the ones for you! They’re part leggings, part jeans so they are extremely comfortable.
