It’s about time I spill the tea on all the undergarments that have become my daily essentials!

I don’t know about you guys, but I am all about comfort and support for everyday wear…especially after having a baby. Long gone are the days of sacrificing comfort for style. Now, it’s all about feeling great and supported in every way possible, which means kicking my underwire bras to the curb. From the comfiest sports bras to my favorite seamless undies and no-show socks, here are all my undergarment must-haves for whether you are postpartum or not!

Nippies are probably my most worn “bra” all year round.  I also wore these while pregnant and breastfeeding!  You can get 30+ uses out of them and they have up to D cup sizes and shades for all skin types.  The best part is they don’t sweat off.  I have accidentally worn them in this in the middle of summer heat multiple times and they won’t budge. When it comes to this Soma bra, I swear it’s BEST strapless bra on the planet…and I have tried them all! They have A-G cup sizes and super supportive.  Plus, they have 4 different color options available for all skin types and they even come with straps. The Tommy John Triangle Bralette is the best everyday bra! It’s super soft, no underwire, and VERY supportive. I have had larger chested girls message me and tell me its the best!! It is also great for postpartum too.

I’ve been wearing these seamless thongs for 5+ years! They don’t show under clothes and have over 65,000 five star ratings! To be honest, during my Postpartum journey I have not been reaching for thongs, but have been loving these.  They are SO soft and comfy. Plus, they hide well under clothes as well! I have been wearing these running socks for 6+ years and love that they have a lip on the heel for protection.
