Happy Monday Friends!
One of the biggest motivators of maintaining a regular workout routine is having a good pump up playlist always on hand. I like to workout to songs that go with the beat of what I am doing. I usually save the best song for last to help me finish the workout strong….ha I am a freak of nature. I also love this playlist for road trips with some girlfriends or getting ready before heading out to dinner. It gets me pumped up and ready to go!
Anyways, this playlist is quite the opposite type of music I listen to when I am not working out. I tend to listen to more chill music. You will mostly find me listening to folk or alternative rock. My favorite bands are Drew Holcomb, Johnny Swim, Ben Rector, Mandolin Orange, NeedtoBreath, and Matt Kearney.
